There are three entrances in the unrenovated part with apartments with 1, 2 or 3 rooms and 1–2 places per room. Each apartment has a shared kitchen, bathroom and toilet.

There are apartments with 2 twin rooms in the renovated part of the building, with a shared kitchen, shower room and toilet. There are a laundry room and bicycle room in the building.

The building has free WiFi. The Network is called eduroam. WiFi service provider is University of Tartu.

There is a public printing service at the nearby dormitory of Raatuse 22. It is also possible to duplicate and scan your papers there.

The residents of the Student Village may park their cars for free in the parking lot near the dormitories if they have previously registered for a permit. The permit will be issued to a single vehicle given that you provide the licence plate details. If you switch vehicles, you need a new permit. The permit received at the Raatuse 22 reception desk or via e-mail. For that, you need to tell us your name and the licence plate of your vehicle.

Please note that you may only park after registering your vehicle at the desk or after having received a confirmation of the permission to your email. The permit will not be provided for visitors.

The residence hall is not available for international students.
