The residence hall of Narva mnt 89 was not included in the renovation project. We have performed improvements in the building with our own resources.

Front doors with the new access system were installed in 2006. Now only the tenants of the building can enter and the security in the building has considerably improved. The shower rooms in the basement were renovated in the same year.

In 2007 the construction of the office of the Hall Manager and receptionists was completed and it is now at a more accessible place for students.

There are a laundry room and an indoor bicycle park in the building.

Mo - Th	9.00 - 12.00 and 13.00 - 16.00
Fr	9.00 - 12.00 and 13.00 - 15.00

RENT:

Small twin room - 31.50 EUR per month (10 rooms)
Twin room - 44.30 EUR per month

The rent is divided between the tenants of the room and the utility costs are added (consumption of thermal energy, water and sewage, electricity).

DEPOSIT: 25 EUR per place.

A twin room renovated by a tenant. The average annual price for a place, including utility costs, is 43 EUR per month, and the average price for a full room is 86 EUR per month.

Unrenovated buildings are the only ones where a student can design the room quite according to his or her wishes and resources.









If the style and idea of good order of the previous tenant are not suitable, he or she can design the room quite according to his or her wishes and resources.

There is one shower room for girls and another one for boys in the basement of the building. There are common laundry rooms, toilets and kitchens on each floor.
