Built in 1987 The Nooruse 7 residence hall was not included in the renovation project. We have started the gradual improvement of the building from own resources. In summer 2005, capital repairs were performed in all kitchens – also new furniture and equipment was installed. At the same time a new access system was built for the building to ensure a more secure living environment. In 2007, fire protection doors were installed and also smoke detectors in all rooms. In summer 2011 there were built 23 single rooms. |

A small twin room. The average annual price for a place, including utility costs, is 43 EUR per month, and the average price for a full room is 86 EUR per month. Place in bigger twin room costs 60 EUR per month. |

Unrenovated buildings are the only ones where a student can design the room quite according to his or her wishes and resources. |

But if the style and idea of good order of the previous tenant are suitable, he or she can also move in without any renovation. |
