In summer 2005, capital repairs were performed in all kitchens – also new furniture and equipment was installed. At the same time a new access system was built for the building to ensure a more secure living environment. In 2007, fire protection doors were installed and also smoke detectors in all rooms.

There are apartments with 2 rooms for 2 persons in the building, with a shared shower room and toilet. There are three kitchens on each floor, with four apartments using each kitchen. There are a laundry room and an indoor bicycle park in the building. There is a parking lot behind the building.

In summer 2011 there were built 23 single rooms.

Small twin room - 43.00 EUR per month
Twin room - 55.60 EUR per month

Renovated part of the building:
Single room - 77.30 EUR per month (23 rooms)

The rent is divided between the tenants of the room and the utility costs are added (consumption of thermal energy, water and sewage, electricity).

DEPOSIT: 25 EUR per place in the unrenovated part of the building; 50 EUR per place in the renovated part.

A small twin room. The average annual price for a place, including utility costs, is 43 EUR per month, and the average price for a full room is 86 EUR per month. Place in bigger twin room costs  60 EUR per month.

Unrenovated buildings are the only ones where a student can design the room quite according to his or her wishes and resources.

But if the style and idea of good order of the previous tenant are suitable, he or she can also move in without any renovation.

There are three renovated kitchens on each floor, with the necessary furniture and the kitchen range.

In summer 2011 there were built single room apartments into ground floor (7 apartments, 15 rooms).

Two or three single rooms are sharing kitchen ...

New rooms on upper floors (8 rooms) have the advantage of a kitchen corner with a refrigerator and kitchen range in each room. There is also a shower room/toilet in each room there.
