Pepleri 14 was renovated in two parts – first the Floors 2–4 were renovated and then in a few years Floor 1.

The three upper floors at Pepleri are the most popular among the students as there are a kitchen corner, shower room and toilet in each room.

There are apartments with 2 or 3 twin rooms on Floor 1 in the building, with a shared kitchen, shower room and toilet. There are a laundry room. There is a parking lot for cars and bicycles behind the building.

The Kotka Kelder Cafe is operating on the basement floor.

RENT:

Single room without a kitchen - 61.40 EUR per month (2 rooms)
Single room - 77.30 EUR per month (6 rooms)

The rent is divided between the tenants of the room and the utility costs are added (consumption of thermal energy, water and sewage, electricity).

Pepleri 14 housing conditions:


A twin room of Floors 2-4 with a bed, table, wardrobe and shelves for each tenant. The average annual price for a place, including utility costs, is 94 EUR per month, and the average price for a full room is 188 EUR per month.

The rooms on upper floors have the advantage of a kitchen corner with a refrigerator and kitchen range in each room. There is also a shower room/toilet in each room there.

It is possible to create a suitable environment for oneself by moving furniture around and using textiles.

The single room which is in particularly high demand is extremely small.

A twin room of Floor 1 with a bed, table, wardrobe and shelves for each tenant. The average annual price for a place, including utility costs, is 95 EUR per month, and the average price for a full room is 190 EUR per month.

Two or three rooms share a kitchen which has the necessary furniture and equipment – kitchen range and refrigerator.
