Raatuse 22 is the newest and largest residence hall.

There are 3-room apartments in the building and most rooms are twin rooms. The apartments have a shared kitchen, shower room and toilet. 3 apartments (12 rooms) on the ground floor of the residence hall have been furnished according to the needs of students with reduced mobility. The building has a laundry room, cafe, a spacious indoor bicycle park.

Different exhibitions of photos and caricatures and architectural exhibitions are often organized in the well-lighted lobby of the residence hall. There is a large parking lot behind the building – a parking place costs 3.2 EUR per month.

Single room - 77.30 EUR per month (14 rooms)
Twin room - 134.60 EUR per month

The rent is divided between the tenants of the room and the utility costs are added (consumption of thermal energy, water and sewage, electricity).

DEPOSIT: 50 EUR per place.

A twin room with a bed, table, wardrobe and shelves for each tenant. The average annual price for a place, including utility costs, is 90 EUR per month, and the average price for a full room is 180 EUR per month.

Three rooms share a spacious kitchen which has the necessary furniture and equipment – kitchen range and refrigerator.

The apartment has also a common shower room and toilet.

Every apartment has spacious entrance room.

It is possible to create a suitable environment for oneself by moving furniture around and using textiles.

There is a laundry room in the building, with five washing machines and driers. One full load of washing machine costs 2 EUR. You can buy tokens from the security guard or Hall Manager.

There is a spacious bicycle park behind the building, protected from rain and snow. The parking lot is visible in the security camera.
