There are 3 twin rooms in the apartment. Tenants share the kitchen, shower room and toilet.
Each tenants has a bed, a desk, a chair, a closet and a shelf.
Shower room and toilet are separate.
Tabel tennis tables in the lobby.
Suitable for students with reduced mobility.

Short-term students are accommodated in the Student Hostel at Raatuse 22. More info available on the Student Hostel homepage.

- Raatuse 22 student residence is located in the Ülejõe area near the city center.
- The main building of the University of Tartu is 900 meters away.
- The closest bus stop to the student residence is Raatuse.
- The nearest grocery store is 160 meters away.
