Residential agreement and price list
In order to enjoy your stay at our residential halls throughout your studies, please read carefully the General Terms and Conditions of the Residential Agreement (valid from 01.07.2023):

| Additional expense for added work caused by repeated internal transfer (within the same building)from the 2ndrelocation initiated by the Tenant | 20€ |
Compensation for expenses
| Replacement of the proximity card in case of damaging, losing or not returning by the tenant | 15€ |
| Replacement of the apartment/ room key in case of losing or not returning by the tenant | 35€ |
| Replacement of the mailbox key in case of losing or not returning by the tenant | 10€ |
| ATS system check if the tenant has removed or covered the smoke detector or if due to forbidden tenant’s activities (smoking, cooking in the room) ATS system started | 150€ |
| Smoking or using open fire in the non-designated area | 45 € |
| Security service call caused by tenant activity | 35€ |
| Cleaning if tenant has not properly cleaned the room after termination of the contract | 60€ |
| Cleaning the common areas, if tenant has not properly cleaned or didn’t clean after termination of the contract | 120€ |
| Cleaning the common areas, if tenant has not properly cleaned or didn’t clean for the due date given by the hall manager | 120€ |
| Blockage clearing | 20€ |
| Cleaning the stove in need of repair, cleaning the sink to clear the blockage | 10€ |
| The price of one hour of work costs by the student village in the elimination of damages caused in the student dormitories (does not include the cost of materials) | 25€/ hour |
