SIGNING RESIDENTIAL AGREEMENTS FOR THE NEW ACCOMMODATION PERIOD

We will start signing residential agreements for the new accommodation period (01.07.2023-30.06.2024). 

We will be signing residential agreements until 30.06.2023.

If the Student Village has not received your request to sign a contract for the new accommodation period by the 31st of May 2023, then your contract will expire on 30.06.2023.

Rental prices, deposit money, terms and conditions of the lease agreement and the price list valid from 01.07.2023 are available on the Student Village’s website www.campus.ee.  

In priority, we will sign residential agreements with tenants who:

• are students of the University of Tartu, University of Tartu Viljandi Culture Academy or the University of Tartu Narva College and will continue their studies in the autumn of 2023.
• have not breached the agreement or violated the internal rules and have not been in debt or delayed paying the rent,
• have no debt to MTÜ Tartu Üliõpilasküla.

NB! We ask you to be patient. This period is very busy and it may take longer than usual to prepare the agreements. We will be signing residential agreements until 30.06.2023. After you have sent the request to sign a contract for the new period, the agreement will be prepared. When the contract is ready for digital signing, a notification will be sent to your e-mail.
