Narva mnt 27 student dormitory offers a variety of living options for those who value comfort and an excellent location.
It is one of the three student dormitories that are particularly popular among international students.
- The building has two-room apartments, each with either two single rooms or two double rooms. The residents of each apartment share a kitchen and a toilet/shower room.
- In addition, each floor includes twin studio apartments furnished for two people, each with a private kitchen and toilet/shower room.
- On the ground floor, there are three two-room apartments, each furnished for two residents. These units include a living room, bedroom, kitchen, and a private toilet/shower room.
On the first floor, there is a small lounge/ common room where residents can relax and spend time together.
The dormitory is equipped with two elevators, an indoor bicycle storage room, a self-service laundry room, and free Wi-Fi available throughout the building.
Next to the building, there is a small parking area. Parking is also allowed in the Narva mnt 25 dormitory lot, and, if necessary, in the paid parking lot at Raatuse 22. In all cases, prior registration is required.

Each tenant has a bed, a desk, a chair, a closet and a shelf.

Location
Narva mnt 27 is located very close to the city center, right by the Emajõgi River. The nearest grocery store is just a 3-minute walk away. A gym is also located next door, supporting an active lifestyle right near home.
