The Nooruse 7 student dormitory was fully renovated in 2024 and offers modern and comfortable living conditions. The Institute of Chemistry and Physics and the Biomedical Institute are located nearby. The dormitory also has a gym equipped with exercise equipment.
Most of the apartments are 2-room apartments (layout), with one single room and one twin room. The apartment has a separate shower and toilet, and a refrigerator. The kitchen is located in the hallway and is shared with other apartments. The shared kitchens have induction hobs, ovens, and a microwave.
Each floor has one studio apartment with a kitchenette and a private shower and toilet (layout).
