Living conditions

The residence hall is not available for international students.

The student residence has 2-room apartments with single and twin rooms.
Each apartment has a shared bathroom. The bathroom and toilet are separate.
The rooms on the 1st floor have shared kitchens inside the apartment. The rooms on the 2nd to the 9th floor have shared kitchens on each floor.
With prior agreement, the tenant has the possibility to make renovations in the room.
There is a gym and a common room on the ground floor.
This student residence has an elevator.

  • The main building of the University of Tartu is 3.7 km away.
  • The nearest bus stop is Tehnoloogiainstituut.
  • The nearest grocery store is 1 km away.
